The registered proprietor can apply for a computer Certificate of Title to be issued to replace the current manual Certificate of Title where the manual folio of the Torrens Title Register has been converted to a computer folio. The current manual Certificate of Title will need to be produced to NSW LRS.

An extra fee is not payable for the issuing of the Certificate of Title.

(B) The reference to title for the land affected by the request must be stated.

(C) Does not apply.

(E) The full names of all of the registered proprietors must be stated and be identical to the names as shown on the Torrens Title Register.

(F) A short description of the nature of the request must be stated.

(G) Full details of the request must be stated.

(H) The dealing must be executed by the registered proprietor and be witnessed, or be executed on the registered proprietor's behalf as follows:

  Attorney and witnessed Solicitor or Barrister Authorised Officer and witnessed Licensed Conveyancer
