An easement recorded on Torrens title land is not automatically cancelled if the dominant and servient tenements pass into the same ownership. The registered proprietor may remove the easement by lodging:

• a Cancellation of Easement form 20ECE (PDF 650 KB) or
• a Transfer Releasing Easement form 01TR (PDF 100 KB) releasing the easement to themselves.
