Leases registered with an 'M' series dealing number or earlier, except for 'E' or 'I' series numbers, do not include reference to any options to renew or purchase in the notification on the Torrens Title Register. A copy of the lease will be inspected by NSW LRS to establish if any options exist where new leases are lodged on the same folio of the Register.

NOTE: NSW LRS recommends that customers make their own inquiries before transacting with leases in this series.
