A current term transfer may be removed by lodgment of a Surrender of Term Transfer form W-07ST. All notifications affecting the term transfer will be removed.
An expired term transfer:
- will be removed on registration of the next WAL dealing affecting the WAL or
- may be removed by lodgment of a Request To Record Action form W-11R.
All notifications affecting the term transfer will be removed.
