A rescission of resumption of land that:

• was not Torrens Title at the time of resumption and
• where a folio of the Torrens Title Register has been created,

is effected by the lodgment of a Transfer form 01T (PDF 100 KB) from the resuming authority to the person legally entitled to the land. The transfer requires marking by Revenue NSW. A NOS form is required; panels 1, 2, 3 and 5 require completion.
