Registration Direction Annexure
A Registration Direction Annexure form 10-1280 for a Real Property Act dealing must be used where:
- the number of characters in the First or Second Schedule exceeds the character limitation
- the tenancy/shares in a dealing affecting the Second Schedule are not obvious from the dealing itself, e.g. a notice of death or transmission application affecting less than all the mortgagees. The full details of the tenancy/shares must be stated in the annexure, but are not entered on the folio
- additional directions are given that cannot be set out on the dealing, e.g. entry or cancellation of other notifications or delivery details.
The following points must be observed when using a Registration Direction Annexure form:
- one side of the form only must be used, depending on the Schedules affected
- the dealing number must be affixed or written in the top right hand corner of the annexure
- all directions must be given on the annexure. The dealing must be directed 'See Over' in the relevant panels and
- the annexure must be securely attached to the dealing.
Title Reference Update Annexure
A Title Reference Update Annexure form 10-1270 is used for updating references to title that cannot be set out clearly on the Real Property Act dealing.
The following points must be observed when using a Title Reference Update Annexure:
- the dealing number must be stated
- all references to title as stated on the dealing together with the current reference to title must be stated on the annexure. The dealing must be directed 'See Over' in the Land Description panel or Water Access Licence Number panel and
- the annexure must be securely attached to the dealing.
