Dealing type - R
(A) Stamp duty - not required.
Certificate of Title - all certificates of title involved are required.
NOS form - not required
Standard form of Caveat - does not prevent registration.
Priority Notice noted on the Register - see Priority Notice page.
Titles may be consolidated where separate titles exist for:
- lots held by the same registered proprietor, an auto consol computer folio is issued
- the shares held by tenants in common
- the minerals and the land held by the same registered proprietor or
- different estates, e.g. life estate, estate in remainder, leasehold.
An extra fee is payable for the issue of each separate new certificate of title.
(B) The reference to title for the land affected by the request must be stated.
(C) Does not apply.
(E) The full names of all of the registered proprietors must be stated and be identical to the names as shown on the Torrens Title Register.
(F) A short description of the nature of the request must be stated.
(G) Full details of the request must be stated.
NOTE: If it is the intention to combine two or more parcels of land into one parcel a Deposited Plan of Consolidation will be required. This action cannot be completed by an 11R Request form.
(H) The dealing must be executed by the registered proprietor and be witnessed, or be executed on the registered proprietor's behalf as follows:
