Where the trustee of a deceased registered proprietor's estate or interest dies or renounces their duty, any new trustee will be registered by means of a Transfer or an Application to Record New Registered Proprietor form 04RP pursuant to section 12 Trustee Act 1925 accompanied by the relevant evidence of appointment.
