The dealing must be accompanied by an abstract of the relevant agreement signed by the registered proprietor and an authorised officer of the Department of Environment and Climate Change. Note It is not necessary to lodge the property vegetation plan agreement itself with this dealing.
The registered proprietor must notify every registered mortgagee recorded on the title of the Property Vegetation Plan.
Note The registered proprietor must indicate on the dealing form that they have notified any mortgagee.
(A) The reference to title for the land affected must be stated.
(C) The full name of the registered proprietor must be stated and must be identical to the name as shown on the Torrens Title Register.
(D) The applicant must be the relevant Catchment Management Authority. The name of the authority must be shown.
(E) The date of the Property Vegetation Plan must be shown and the annexure containing the abstract of the agreement must be specified.
(F) The application must be signed by an authorised officer or delegate of the Department of Environment and Climate Change. The name and capacity must be stated. The execution must be witnessed.
