Incomplete purchase - This relates to a title sold by the Crown which is subject to the completion of purchase monies and other restrictions.
Perpetual leasehold - This term is used to describe a Crown lease in perpetuity which has not been converted to fee simple.
Restrictions on subdivision - Restrictions on subdivision may affect both Crown leasehold (including perpetual leasehold) or incomplete purchase land. The restriction may prevent the subdivision or consolidation of the land without the consent of the Minister administering the Crown Land Management Act 2016.
